PHYSICIANS AND NURSES

Stop Dreading Mondays.

Start Trusting Yourself Again.

Build an unshakeable trust in yourself that gives you the power to do great work even in a system that is very dysfunctional. Self-Trust School gives you the solid ground you need to rewrite your story and feel like yourself again, without having to burn everything down or start over. Quitting isn't the only option. You can have a great life AND do great work, all you need is a little Self-Trust.

Yes, put me on the priority list!

Imagine

Driving home without the weight of the day on your shoulders, or sitting at the dinner table and actually hearing your kids, rather than mentally second-guessing every decision you made.

You didn't lose trust in yourself all at once. It happened slowly, somewhere between the EMR and the overnight calls and the impossible expectations. Self Trust School is for physicians and nurses who are ready to stop drifting and find their way back.

Self Trust is built through practice

Each month we will have a specific theme with 3 practices offered around that theme.

Themes will be things like visioning the future, making positive lifestyle change, recognizing limiting beliefs, managing moral distress, having difficult conversations, setting boundaries, developing more cognitive flexibility, having more energy, managing chronic pain, dealing with grief, parenting, intimate relationships, job crafting or career change.

Each theme will be explored through

  1. Yoga based movement practice.
  2. Meditation practice
  3. Coaching framework and live hotseat coaching
  4. Mantra of the Month
  5. Practical tool you can use everyday

Self trust is also built in community. Observing other women who know how to trust themselves and are living into that value every day is powerful antidote to the societal pressures telling women not to trust themselves.

I'm ready to join the community!

What's at stake if nothing changes

You've already been here long enough to know what the trajectory looks like.

The colleague who left medicine and seemed relieved, but couldn't shake the nagging guilt. The one who stayed and got harder, quieter, more distant from the patients they once loved. You're not there yet. But you can feel the pull.

The Sunday night dread. Missing your kid's joke because you're somewhere else entirely. The patient interaction that should have moved you but didn't.

This isn't weakness. It's what happens when a system designed to extract takes more than it gives, year after year. But the longer you wait, the harder the way back becomes.

I'm ready to find my way back!

Meet Your Coach

I'm Emma Jones, MD, a pediatric palliative care physician and iPEC-certified coach. I've spent my career in the rooms most doctors dread. I've also lived my own version of this, running on obligation and adrenaline, telling myself I was fine because I was still functioning.

What I learned: functioning isn't the same as living. And the skills that make us good physicians, absorbing, adapting, pushing through, are the exact same skills that quietly bury us.

You don't need someone to tell you to take more vacations. You need someone who's been inside this world and can help you find your way back to yourself inside it.

Don't let another five years slip by in a blur of EMRs and exhaustion. The version of you that loved medicine is still in there. When you're ready to stop waiting for things to get better on their own, I'm here.
