Spark Your Change (SYC) – Service Agreement

By purchasing Spark Your Change, you agree to the following:

Refund Policy

Spark Your Change includes a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. This policy exists so you can enroll without fear or pressure. We trust our participants to act with integrity and to request refunds only when the program is genuinely not a fit.

Nature of the Program

Spark Your Change is a coaching and educational program. It may include written materials, recorded content, and optional live or virtual group calls offered as part of the program or an upsell.

This program does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care and does not constitute medical advice. Participation is not a substitute for professional care.

Responsibility & Results

Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your engagement, effort, and application of the material. Any examples shared are illustrative only and not promises of specific results.

Emotional Awareness

You understand that personal growth work may involve emotional reflection or discomfort and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation and well-being.

Group Participation

If you participate in live group calls or community spaces, you agree to engage respectfully. While confidentiality is encouraged, we cannot guarantee the actions of other participants.

Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of Spark Your Change and are for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Your Change and its facilitators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the program.

Program Access & Conduct

We reserve the right to update program content or delivery and to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
